I also collaborate with established businesses to transform visual identities and communications delivering great results and aiding growth.
My passion for design has fostered a collaborative environment and an inspiring culture of creativity in my current role as Lead Creative, where I enjoy both guiding the work in the creative team as well as being hands-on and getting stuck into all projects. My favourite part of the design process is the deep research into a business, project or sector to find that needle in the haystack ‘hook’ that will drive a creative concept or narrative, making for a memorable campaign.
As a strong communicator and confident presenter, seeing clients excited about our ideas and concepts is a dream and whether sharing work internally or externally I prefer to keep things clear, skipping the jargon, whilst receiving and responding to feedback with clarity. Working across a diverse range of B2B and B2C clients at Jam, in sectors including Charities, the Public Sector and Fintech, in my current position as Creative Lead, I have a direct role in overseeing the creative output at the agency, ensuring high standards.
I lead the in-house creative team as well as collaborate with freelancers, working on all aspects of a project’s management such as costing, budgeting and scheduling alongside our Associate Director. I work closely with my Creative Director to improve our internal processes plus our team’s development, progress and training.
